The Appalachian Leadership Laboratory (ALL), a project of the Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative, is a professional learning network that engages committed shared leadership teams (teacher leaders, principals, district administrators and community partners) in an inquiry based clinical approach to identifying problems of practice and collaboratively developing a shared theory of action to solve that problem.
