The Bulldog Metal Refinery and Pottery Works
Students who are in the blacksmithing part of the Creative Art class will be introduced to mig welding to put sculpture pieces together. The problem is getting funding to support the blacksmithing/welding program to get the needed equipment to keep the business side up and running for students producing works that will be sold at festivals and downtown venues in the community of Hazard.
Becoming Partners with local businesses and art alliances to keep student active in the community selling artwork. Selling student work will help motivate the students to see that craft career has a chance in the community.
