I think this grant will help me better meet the individual needs of my students. While I do feel that I’m pretty good at using technology, I don’t feel that I am able to serve my students at their different learning levels. I think if COVID and virtual education has taught us anything it is that a one size fits all model doesn’t work. My students would be a lot more successful and a lot less stressed if the learning was tailored to their needs. This program will help my students take charge of their learning, become more motivated, and in the long term become successful adults.
