The Pirate Planters are gearing up for Round Two with ARI this year. We are expanding on what we started last year by adding low tunnels. Our goal is to have ‘crops’ growing all winter. Our students will learn how to plant and cultivate vegetables and herbs. We hope to donate our surplus to the Tug Valley Recovery Shelter to help feed their guests. We look forward to learning agriculture skills that can be used by our students for years to come.
