I feel this grant would help me to feel more confident in lesson planning and efficient in communication. The resources and technology would be wonderful to adapt into my curriculum. The mentoring aspect is a great aspect of this grant. Someone to provide helpful feedback with suggestions on how to improve is something everyone can benefit from. I have a wonderful school system and administrators who work to provide anything I need. I have a Clevertouch board and a document camera that I use daily. I feel the main issue right now is myself. I need to adjust my lessons to reflect the needs of my students.
