ARI Student Senate
Hi, Iām Matthew Coots, junior student senate member and I play chess and do academics at Jackson Independent School. In our school, we are trying to improve student recognition in our school. To accomplish this goal, we plan to continue using our student advisory council to let students voice their opinions on topics and issues in our school. We also are going to set up more televisions in high traffic areas in our school to remind students and faculty of upcoming events and display student achievement. Overall, we are trying to make an atmosphere where each and every student has a voice and is able to express their opinions.
