My action research was about using personalized learning groups as an instructional strategy to improve student achievement. Each group is working on a skill they need to master. The first group is an advanced group that has demonstrated mastery and is moving on in the curriculum. The second group is getting even more individualized attention by completing recommended exercises from Khanacademy.org. The third group is working on compound probability problems. They also have access to a tablet for guided help videos if needed.
