Each time a school or district sends teachers to a professional learning/development/training, we face the challenge of how to share the information with the appropriate teachers when they return. The larger the district, the bigger the challenge becomes. My goal is to create a structure for teacher leaders to return to our district and share new information with the appropriate colleagues. My Goal is to research what structures other districts have in place and then try several to see which is most effective for my district. Having a clear line of communication and structures in place will help to create a culture of growth and effectiveness.
