Students on my Middle Division STARS CmPs team are going to be developing a website and network that helps find homes for shelter animals that are in danger of being euthanized. They read recently about how local animal shelters were becoming overcrowded. Many shelter animals have to be euthanized as a result of this. Students will be working with nearby animal shelters and the local community to develop a website and online network that helps find homes for animals at risk. This network will ideally be sustainable through a partnership with the shelters.
